About the role:
BrightDrop User Experience (UX) is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Software Designers, Researchers, Writers, HCI and Human factor Experts, Creative Designers and Industrial Designers. Our goal is to design and build the most relevant and delightful products we possibly can.
This UX Strategist role is part of the UX digital team and will be responsible for driving the experience definition and evolution for the in-car and the fleet management experiences at BrightDrop. This position reports into the Head of UX Digital.
We Are Looking For:
You love unraveling ambiguous problems to turn them into clear and concise experience goals and requirements. You thrive in making the complex simple and digestible.
You are practiced at translating insights into design opportunities within constraints.
You can orchestrate interdisciplinary teams of researchers, designers, and prototypers to create tests to drive decisions.
You can interface with product managers and define experience goals, requirements and acceptance criterias for Product Requirement Documents.
4+ years of experience as a Strategist, Researcher, product manager or related design field.
Experience in hardware + software environments, ideally in the mobility space.
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating efforts that lead to features or new products shipped.
What You Will Do:
Formulate experience concepts and requirements for our digital products.
Interface with Product management and translate product requirements into design briefs outlining design objectives.
Define the design problem to be solved as well as the UX success criteria.
Evaluate the outcome from the design process and provide insights and recommendations for iterative improvement and refinement
Manage and coordinate the creation of low-fidelity prototypes in order to guide design.
Identify potential future opportunities through recommended revisions, or improvements for later stages.
The expected base compensation for this role is: (112,142-175,401 USD Annual ). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
