About the role:

This UX Program Manager will build the operational foundations for the UX Team by establishing the tools, processes, and best practices to enable success. As UX Program Manager, you will serve as the liaison between Product Management, Engineering and the Car Studio. You possess a relentless attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, the capacity to juggle many tasks, and the ability to quickly grasp complex matters. The UI/UX Producer is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the user experience design, research and implementation process. This position reports into the Head of the UX Team.

What You Will D0:

  • Create and maintain design schedules, track deliverables, and establish priorities for the UX team. 

  • Drive cross functional project teams through the product development lifecycle including concepting, design, testing, development and delivery of unique product designs and experiences. 

  • Run design sprints and maintain a backlog.

  • Coordinate with Product Managers and Technical Product Managers to align schedules and ensure consistency across projects. 

  • Manage approval process, escalate issues to appropriate channels and provide summary of recommendations. 

  • Manage change requests and ensure they are appropriately funneled to UX teams.

  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings to communicate project goals and assignments. 

  • Follow up and communicate effectively to ensure task completion within the designated timeframe. 

  • Manage content delivery process. Design workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 

Additional Description

We Are Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management and Agile methodology in UX/Design teams.. 

  • Prior experience working with UI/UX teams to develop software applications. Digital. Experience in the mobility industry is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of user interface design, interaction design, and visual design principles. 

  • Experience working with a dynamic and fast-paced team. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,

  • Experience with project management, content management and productivity software.
