Job Description:

  • Develop, document, and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash business rules and process flows

  • Run vital monitoring reports and analyze for required actions

  • Execute recurring data updates accurately and timely

  • Respond to process & policy questions and collaborate with management and IT when needed

  • Apply knowledge, skills and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues

  • Audit processes to identify process and performance defects

  • Identify areas of improvement to increase accuracy, completeness and/or consistency and implement solutions in process, policy, and overall operations of the RevOps function.

  • Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes

  • Capable of identifying cross-functional inter-dependencies quickly, experience in developing business relationships including requirements definition, functional specification creation, testing, root cause analysis, etc.

  • Partner with IT (internal and external partners) and functional business owners to resolve systems related issues

  • Support systems-related SOPs project execution in direct partnership with IT; measure and document business results achieved through solution implementation

  • Identify use scenarios and perform user acceptance testing for application deployments

Additional Description


  • 5+ years of experience designing solutions and building requirements for SaaS Salesforce CRM, CPQ and ERP S4 Hanna Cloud

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Deep Sales experience in CPQ product, pricing modeling and product configuration

  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash/Customer Success business processes and systems related to Marketing, CRM (Salesforce ecosystem), CPQ (Salesforce), Pardot, PRM, Customer 360, Service Cloud

  • Demonstrated experience managing CRM strategy, technology, and activities 

  • Experience working for a B2B or commercial brand 

  • Flexibility to work with teams in different time zones 

  • Strong communication skills, particularly written
